Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Sara Del Castillo — intuitive coach, Reiki energy healer, community builder, and deeply curious human.
I help women reconnect with themselves so they can move through life with more clarity, self-trust, alignment, and joy.
Many of the women I work with are exhausted from overthinking every decision, questioning themselves constantly, and carrying the pressure of trying to get everything “right.” They’re burnt out from taking care of everyone else while feeling disconnected from their own needs, intuition, desires, and voice.
I know that feeling deeply because I’ve lived it too.
For over a decade, I’ve been creating spaces where people feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves.
Through coaching, Reiki healing, workshops, and experiences like Women Scream, I support women in trusting their intuition, releasing what they’ve been carrying, and creating lives that feel more aligned, joyful, and alive.
I started my career as a high school educator with Teach For America, working with young people navigating enormous transitions while moving through systems that did not always fully support their humanity, talent, or complexity.
What I learned in those classrooms shaped the foundation of how I coach today.
I learned how powerful it can be when someone feels safe enough to fully be themselves.
How transformative it is when people reconnect with their own voice, agency, and possibility.
And how much healing can happen when people feel truly seen.
That work eventually led me into coaching, facilitation, and People & Culture roles within mission-driven organizations, where I supported leaders and teams through growth, communication challenges, transition, and change.
While I loved the work, I also began to notice how disconnected I had become from myself.
I had spent so much of my life being productive, adaptable, responsible, and focused on supporting others that I had lost touch with my own needs, intuition, creativity, and inner voice.
I was exhausted from constantly overthinking, performing, and trying to be who I thought I needed to be.
That season of my life led me more deeply into my own healing work.
I began working with coaches, reconnecting with my spirituality and intuition, and eventually pursuing Reiki certification as part of my own journey back to myself.
Reconnecting with myself changed everything.
I’m passionate about supporting women who are ready to trust themselves more deeply, take up space, share their gifts more fully, and create lives rooted in alignment, freedom, joy, and authenticity.
Because when women feel connected to themselves, they don’t just change their own lives.
They bring more honesty, creativity, healing, and possibility into the world around them.

Why I do this Work
I believe when we connect to our inner wisdom and light, we make the world a better place .
That’s why I do this work.
Because I’ve seen what happens when women stop feeling abandoned.
When they stop waiting for permission.
When they begin trusting their intuition, taking up space, and choosing lives that actually feel aligned and fulfilling to them.
I’ve seen how much changes when someone reconnects with their voice, creativity, desires, and sense of self.
They move through relationships differently.
They show up differently in their work.
They create differently.
Lead differently.
Love differently.
There’s more honesty.
More joy.
More freedom.
More aliveness.
So much of the world teaches women to disconnect from themselves — to prioritize productivity over presence, external validation over inner knowing, and caregiving over their own needs and desires.
My work is about creating spaces where women can reconnect with themselves again.
Spaces to slow down.
To listen inward.
To release what they’ve been carrying.
To remember what lights them up.
And to build lives that feel more grounded, meaningful, connected, and true to who they are.
Because when women feel connected to themselves, they don’t just transform their own lives.
They bring more healing, creativity, compassion, leadership, and possibility into the world around them.
